Standard – £3.95  – Royal Mail 48 hour – aims to arrive within 2 working days of dispatch

Premium – £4.95 – Royal Mail 24 hour –  expected to arrive the next working day after dispatch.

Next Day – £8.95 – Next Day – Guaranteed to arrive the next day after dispatch.

International Delivery – £15 –  expected to arrive in 7-10 working days

For international delivery lead times will still apply. Please remember that customs clearance in your country can affect the delivery time stated above.

Royal Mail delivery times are estimates only. Sometimes, especially during busy times of the year, Royal Mail 24™ delivery can take up to 3 working days, and Royal Mail 48™ delivery can take up to 5 working days.

For larger orders MyHermes are used as our delivery method. This could take up to 5 days once dispatched.
When ordering multiple gifts or inflated helium balloons your delivery charge may vary from the prices listed above. We’ll always let you know if this is the case.

You may specify a delivery address which is different from your billing address which is particularly useful if you would like your order delivered directly to a friend, relative or to your place of work.

Note: Items are not dispatched with any receipt or order information so are perfect to send directly to the recipient.

Please bare in mind that whilst we make every effort to dispatch goods within the specified timescale, on occasion due to unforeseen circumstances and busy periods, we cannot always guarantee dispatch in the time frame quoted. Therefore, we do not accept liability for deliveries made outside of this timescale.

Should your order not arrive within 15 working days of your order date then you must notify us by email at: [email protected] Similarly distribution damages must be notified within 24 hours of receipt.


Our prefered method of payment is by PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay via this method as you can simply check out on a secure site as a guest using your credit or debit card. This option enables you as a buyer and us as a seller to have security and payment protection during any transactions. All credit card details are fully safe and protected.

Payments also accepted are postal orders and direct bank transfer payments.
